We are delighted to announce some exciting developments within our senior leadership team that mark an important step forward in our continued commitment to delivering exceptional education and support for our students.

As part of our ongoing Special Educational Needs expansion programme, we are pleased to announce the following leadership changes that will take effect from 24th April 2025:

Ian Peters, our accomplished Principal, will be moving into a newly created role as SEN Development Manager. This strategic position will focus on the development and implementation of best practices in neurodiverse science and education across our provision. His wealth of experience and deep understanding of the needs of our students will help shape the future of our SEN offering as we continue to grow and evolve.

At the same time, we are delighted to announce that Melanie Waller will be stepping up into the role of Principal. Having worked closely with Ian, Mel brings a deep knowledge of our school, a passion for inclusive education, and a strong commitment to the children, families, and staff who make our community so special.

These changes are part of a wider effort to strengthen and expand our provision, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of education for children on the autism spectrum. Our mission remains the same: to provide Learning Without Limits.

We are proud of the direction our school is heading, and we are confident that these leadership transitions will further enhance our ability to serve your children with excellence, care, and innovation.

Thank you for your continued support.
